At Urban Athletes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, or peak periods.

UK Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your local courier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, Urban Athletes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Urban Athletes cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at admin@urbanathletes.co.uk.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@urbanathletes.co.uk. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
